Location was convenient, very close to Termine.

It was not easy to find the place because it was just a normal apartment building and there was no sign of it. When I found it, there was no one at the hotel. I had to call the number on the booking confirmation copy. I am not from Italy. My phone becomes International call. I really didn't understand why I had to give a call when someone had to be working at the hotel, why I had to spend money on the International phone call when it was not my fault, and why I had to wait outside of the apartment in cold winter evening until someone get me into the building.
